Our Philosophy:
The law firm of Render & Kamas was founded in 1966
by Richard A. Render and Albert L. Kamas to represent injured people. In
carrying out that mission, we found labor to be our friend and natural ally
in many battles fought over the years in the state legislature, the court
system, and in the hearts of the people of Kansas. Accordingly, the firm
developed one of the state’s largest Worker’s Compensation practices representing
both union and non-union injured workers. In addition, the firm developed
the necessary expertise to handle personal injury cases resulting from motor
vehicle accidents, defective products, medical and legal malpractice, family
law and bankruptcy matters thereby providing a wide range of legal services
to its primary clientele - the hardworking men and women of the region. In
1996, the firm became a professional law corporation and is now known as
Render Kamas, L.C. Its lawyers maintain active membership in the Kansas Trial
Lawyers Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The American
Board of Trial Advocates, as well as exclusive and honorary memberships in
the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the International Society
of Barristers. Recent personnel changes and additions have advanced Render
Kamas, L.C., toward its objective of providing quality, full service representation.
Frank Kamas is an example of this commitment inasmuch as he is experienced
in employment law matters. Render Kamas, L.C. has designed this talking page
to provide a basic understanding of the many laws and regulations that affect
employee rights and stand ready to assist you with your employment law concerns.
